Steve O'Brien, Psy.D
Clinical Pediatric Psychologist
Dr O'Brien is a clinical pediatric psychologist. His internship focused on children with trauma, and he has been treating children & families for 31 years. A previous associate professor of child psychology at Argosy University, Dr O’Brien developed a dynamic, innovative app for children to use in play therapy sessions entitled, “Life at Home”. He served as a member of the Bay News 9 Health team, and has been interviewed extensively in radio, television, and print, including the Mark Wahlberg show in the 90’s. Dr O'Brien has a full time private practice in Clearwater, Florida, and is a nationwide presenter for PESI Behavioral Health education.
